MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION 8-WEEK COURSE

Dates: Starts Friday 4th November 2016 for 8 weeks
Time: 10.30am - 12.30pm
Place:  Coach House Meditation Studio, Westbourne Road.

This course involves 8 two hour sessions on Friday mornings and an all-day session on Saturday 10th December from 10am - 4pm. There is also a requirement for attendees to do some home practice.

Cost: £195 per person - this includes course materials, CDs/MP3 and the pre-course consultation, as well as any telephone or email support during the course.

There is an early bird rate of £175 available on any bookings and payment made in full by 15th October.

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN MINDFULNESS Concentrated Retreat Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

5 Absorbing days of developing your understanding of Mindfulness and cultivating your personal Mindfulness practice. The course is made up of 4 retreat style session days and 1 day of silent retreat.  The session days are an opportunity to immerse yourself in practice and discussion,  covering all the sessions taught on the 8 week MBSR course. The silent retreat day allows the opportunity to deepen your practice. 

Dates:  Session days: 24th June 2016, 1st, 8th and 15th July - 9.45am-3.30pm.  Bring your own lunch.  Tea & coffee will be provided for breaks.  Silent Retreat Day: 10th July - 9.45am-4.30pm

Ongoing Sessions

Mindfulness for Children - Friday 4-4.45pm . Westbourne Road.    Cost: £5 per week.  Suitable for 7-12 year olds.

Note: I can collect children from Westbourne School at the usual pick-up time and then they can be collected from the meditation studio at the end of the class.

Mindful Morning Meditation - Friday mornings 10.00 -11.00am.  Westbourne Road. Cost: £10 per session.  Please contact me if you are interested in coming along to these sessions.
